A great campaign shouldn’t just look good on a screen. It should give people something to remember.
We’re looking for a Marketing Event Coordinator to join our New Orleans team and help bring marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations to life.
You’ll work across both the marketing and events side of the business
, helping prepare campaigns, coordinate event details, engage with customers, and make sure everything comes together when it matters.
This is an entry-level opportunity
, so you don’t need years of marketing experience. We’re looking for someone organized, creative, confident with people, and ready to learn.
You’ll be involved before, during, and after each campaign.
Before an event, you might organize promotional materials, confirm schedules, prepare displays, coordinate with the team, and make sure everything is ready for launch.
Once the campaign is live, you’ll help deliver the experience — interacting with customers, supporting event activities, maintaining brand presentation, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.
Afterward, you’ll help gather feedback and campaign results so the team can understand what worked and make the next activation even stronger.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:- Coordinate marketing events, promotions, and brand activations
- Prepare campaign materials, displays, signage, and event resources
- Maintain event schedules, timelines, and campaign details
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Engage with customers and communicate key brand messages

- Assist with post-event reporting and performance tracking

- Help ensure events and promotional activities are delivered professionally and on schedule
You might be a recent graduate, moving into marketing from another industry, or looking for your first opportunity to turn an interest in marketing and events into practical experience.
Previous experience in events, marketing, promotions, hospitality, customer service, or sales is useful, but it isn’t essential.
What matters is that you’re someone who can stay organized while keeping the energy up
.
You’re comfortable meeting new people. You notice details. You communicate well. And when plans change at the last minute, you’re more interested in finding the solution than stressing about the problem.
Build Real-World ExperienceYou’ll gain hands-on exposure to event marketing, experiential marketing, campaign coordination, brand activations, customer engagement, event logistics, and campaign reporting
.
We offer competitive compensation, full-time employment, paid training, ongoing coaching, professional development, and opportunities to take on greater campaign responsibility as your experience grows.
Some flexibility may occasionally be required around event schedules, including evenings or weekends.
