GROW YOUR CAREER. SHAPE OUR STORY. MAKE AN IMPACT.
At VPG Construction, we believe great projects start with great people — and great people need a great story told well. We're looking for a driven Marketing Manager who is ready to bring creativity, strategy, and consistency to everything we build.
If you're a strong writer, a sharp designer, and someone who thrives on keeping a brand sharp and consistent across every channel, we want to hear from you.
Why Join VPG?- Meaningful work — Tell the story of real projects that shape our communities, from proposals to social media.
- Team environment — Work closely with leadership, business development, and project teams who value creativity and follow-through.
- Opportunity to grow — Take ownership of marketing, CRM, and website functions and build a career in AEC marketing.
- Develop and design written and visual content for proposals, social media, the website, presentations, and company collateral, using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Cap Cut.
- Manage VPG's social media presence, including a 30-day content calendar, engagement tracking, and weekly performance reporting.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals and qualification packages from concept to submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment.
- Serve as the primary marketing administrator for the CRM, keeping contact and opportunity data accurate and up to date.
- Develop and distribute targeted email campaigns that keep messaging consistent across email, social, and web.
- Maintain and update both and the internal VPGConnect site, keeping content current, on-brand, and accessible.
- Support company growth through market research, opportunity tracking, and attendance at pre-bid and pre-proposal meetings.
- Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading ability.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and Cap Cut.
- Experience managing and updating Wix and Word Press websites.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
- An analytical mindset, comfortable using data and metrics to guide decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision, accountability, and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality, approved work under deadline.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development; AEC industry experience preferred.
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to stand for long durations and perform motions such as bending, kneeling, or reaching as needed.
- Ability to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
