Program Administrator

• Coordinate and execute tactical details for managed-program launches and ongoing operations
• Support Account Services Managers in maintaining client relationships
• Partner with the field sales organization and internal account teams
• Develop and execute program and client collateral
• Support web initiatives, site-sale preparation, and kitting fulfillment projects
• Communicate detailed program requirements
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and strong communication across departments and support teams

• 1-2 years of related experience in account support, project management, merchandising, program development, marketing, or a related business area
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across internal teams, external stakeholders, and support functions
• Ability to manage multiple projects, organize details, meet deadlines, and apply strong project management practices
• Developing strategic business acumen, including marketing strategy, proactive ideation, profitability awareness, and analytical skills
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Experience supporting sales teams and using databases to access customer, sales, program, or account information
• Ability to support site-sale preparation and kitting fulfillment projects
• A collaborative, customer-focused approach and ability to build productive working relationships
• Professional judgment and accountability in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
