At VPG, strong marketing starts with consistency, creativity, and a clear understanding of who we are. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who can bring organization, creativity, and attention to detail to VPG's corporate and property marketing efforts.

You'll support VPG's brand across social media, websites, graphic design, company communications, meetings, and events. From creating engaging content to maintaining our digital presence and developing branded materials, you'll help ensure every VPG touchpoint is professional, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage assigned social media platforms, including content planning, creation, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop engaging written and visual content for social media, websites, proposals, presentations, company communications, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Support the development and design of proposals, presentations, company collateral, and other materials that communicate VPG's capabilities and brand.
  • Maintain and update corporate and property websites to ensure content is accurate, current, visually consistent, and user-friendly.
  • Design digital and print marketing materials, including flyers, signage, advertisements, event materials, and resident-facing communications.
  • Maintain VPG's visual brand standards across marketing materials, social media, websites, proposals, presentations, and other communications.
  • Utilize Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, Microsoft Office, and other approved tools to create professional marketing content and materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, photography, project updates, property information, and other materials needed for marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners on website updates, creative projects, marketing materials, and other related services.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of company meetings, events, and employee engagement initiatives, including communications, materials, vendors, and day-of logistics.
  • Maintain organized marketing templates, design files, photography, digital assets, and other marketing resources.
  • Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Stay informed on relevant marketing, social media, design, and digital communication trends and identify opportunities to strengthen VPG's marketing efforts.
  • Perform all other assigned duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in marketing, social media, graphic design, website management, event coordination, or a related function.
  • Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, content management, and digital marketing.
  • Experience maintaining or updating websites through a content management system.
