Communications Coordinator

Manages Delgado's communication technology. Develops comprehensive direct email/text communication for prospective students and applicants. Responsible for creating and implementing recruitment messages, including creating email templates and filters in the student database. Coordinates social media campaigns to align with prospect and applicant emails. Tests and uses data and analytics to improve communication campaigns. Works in coordination with other departments across the college in a manner that complements the college’s overall marketing and communications efforts.

Data Dashboard Coordinator Responsible for maintaining Enrollment Dashboard Data including prospect and applicant progress through the enrollment process via communication. This includes but is not limited to, the enrollment funnel, event promotion, confirmations, and follow-up. Additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
