Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site Grant Coordinator role located in the Greater New Orleans Region. The Grants Coordinator will oversee the administration of grants, ensure compliance with funding and reporting requirements, and support the development and submission of grant proposals. Responsibilities include grant budgeting, tracking funding timelines, managing program deliverables, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support the success of grant‑funded initiatives.
Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential for this role.
- Experience in Grant Administration and Program Management
- Strong Proposal Writing skills and expertise in communication with stakeholders
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for budgeting, compliance, and fund management
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree and familiarity with research funding processes are a plus
- Proficiency with grant software and financial management tools is desirable
