Location: Harrisonburg
James Madison University seeks three Development Officers to lead fundraising initiatives in support of faculty, students, and programs. You will design plans, identify and solicit major gifts, and manage a portfolio of ~100 prospects, coordinating with campus partners to achieve fundraising goals.
The role requires strong communication, travel readiness, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
