Young Life seeks Mission Staff to engage in field ministry, lead clubs and Campaigners, and support a broad set of Young Life initiatives. This role centers on spiritual development, leadership training, and resource development, with emphasis on relationship-building and teamwork.
Candidates should be prepared to recruit and train leaders, implement summer/camping plans, and nurture relationships with local churches and donors. A college degree is preferred and living locally is required.
