The FMAAA Art Center seeks to expand its impact by developing creative, skills-based programming that supports youth and adults across Lee County—especially those most County’s ranking of 99 out of 99 counties for youth neglect highlights an urgent need for safe spaces and positive developmental opportunities. This program aims to provide after-school, weekend, and summer activities that cultivate creativity, encourage critical thinking, and expose participants to emerging technologies such as digital art and augmented reality.
By integrating Art into STEM to create STEAM-focused learning, the program will engage visual learners and strengthen problem-solving abilities that support long-term success.
