Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Youth Pastor. You should…..

• Be in love with Jesus
  - Jesus comes first in everything
• Be passionate about reaching students and disciplining them to know and follow Jesus
• Be gifted at ministering to students and families
• Be organized – We are grateful to have many dedicated leaders and a large group of students Elementary through High School age serving and attending Wednesday evening ministries.

Now, what do we expect you to do?

As a Youth Pastor, you will be….

• Coming alongside our current ministry teams in order to provide leadership and support to our youth programs that meet on Wednesday evening
• Developing and executing a plan to connect students and their parents to church life by providing fellowship opportunities, discipleship classes, and other growth opportunities
• Assisting and being an active participant at JBF’s community outreach efforts
• Assisting the Lead pastor in crisis intervention and congregational emergencies
• Assisting the Lead Pastor by preaching periodically on Sunday mornings
• Shepherding the hearts of children, youth and families at JBF

What you’ll want to know:
This is a part time position requiring 20-25 hours per week. The hours are flexible according to the needs of the ministry and the balance of family life.
