Company

We are SBP, a national nonprofit focused on reducing the time between disaster and recovery by strengthening readiness and resilience before disasters occur and accelerating rebuilding and long-term recovery afterward. Through our Recovery Services, we help vulnerable homeowners in communities affected by major disasters across eight states in the Gulf South. Through our Advisory Services, we work with low-capacity, high-risk communities by offering training, consulting, and organizational capacity-building through our subject‑matter experts and Resilience Fellows.

This role supports our Fellows, Group Managers, and leaders across Program and Advisory Services, and is critical to maintaining stability as we grow and expand. We offer a mission‑driven environment where we value diverse backgrounds, fresh perspectives, and equal opportunity for all applicants.
