The City of Vancouver is seeking two Homeless Outreach Coordinators to join the Homeless Assistance and Resources Team (HART). Under the City Manager's Office, you will connect individuals experiencing homelessness with supportive resources through field outreach and collaborations with City departments and external partners.
You will drive outreach from a City vehicle, assess encampments, coordinate with law enforcement, and support community safety and well-being by linking people to services
