St. Thomas Community Health Center is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our clinic(s) (
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
).
- Provide primary care services
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform physical exams and order/interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications per state guidelines
- Deliver preventive care and patient education
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing
- Active, unrestricted NP license in Louisiana
- 3+ years of experience preferred (FQHC/community health a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
