Correct Health has a full-time night shift opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Amite, LA.

• Participate in clinical aspects of patient care with all members of the healthcare team and law enforcement.
• Perform duties under the supervision of the RN, HSA, Mid Level Provider, Physician, or the administrative supervision of the HSC.
• Provide quality care and respond to needs within the correctional environment.
• Maintain nursing standards and ethics in accordance with State Board of Nursing and other accrediting agencies.

• Graduate from a national or state approved school of nursing program.
• Hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.
• American Heart Association BLS certified.
• Corrections experience is a plus.
