* What You’ll Do:

*** Provide
** direct resident care
** while mentoring and supporting all levels of care staff
* ** Identify and manage infection control
** practices; educate team members on proper precautions
* Oversee and participate in
** MDS processes** — including scheduling and transmitting assessments
* Supervise and guide direct care staff to ensure the highest standards of care are met
* Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered care
** with precision and accountability
*** Communicate effectively with physicians, supervisors, and family members regarding resident needs and progress
* Foster a
** team-oriented, compassionate, and professional environment**### ###
** What You’ll Bring:
*** Graduate of a state board-approved
** LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
** or
** Registered Nurse (RN)
** program* Current
** Iowa LPN or RN license
** in good standing
* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
* ** Preferred:
** Familiarity with MDS process
* ** Preferred:
** Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (or willingness to obtain)
* Completion of the
** Iowa mandatory supervisory course** (or willingness to complete within 6 months)
* Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed###
