Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Role & Responsibilities
Assume responsibility for patient care on the Telemetry Unit, aligning with organizational values and goals. Provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver effective treatment and patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills- Valid RN license in LA
- Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience, with at least 1 year in Telemetry
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex patient conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care accurately
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies - Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare protocols
