As an LPN/RN at Willow Nursing and Rehabilitation, you have direct care responsibilities as well as supervisory responsibilities for nursing assistants. You are responsible for ensuring that patients’ needs are met to professional standards through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines. You work to preserve each resident’s dignity and provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support.

You treat those you care for with the same compassion you would offer your own family members. You enjoy interacting with patients, residents, families, visitors, and other healthcare providers.
