Overview

As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health, you will provide comprehensive patient care in both clinic and telehealth environments. Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality care in clinic and telehealth, meeting patient volume goals
  • Lead and mentor clinic staff (e.g., X‑ray technologists, nurses, front‑office specialists)
  • Obtain and review patient medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and medications
  • Use clinical judgment to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide appropriate therapeutic recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and timely chart documentation, forwarding charts as needed
  • Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians
  • Assess and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on acute and chronic conditions
  • Comply with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and health information management policies
  • Engage with clinical leadership and management to resolve patient care concerns
  • Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and participate in E/M training

  • Recommend and implement improvements to clinic and telehealth processes
  • Welcome and train new employees, providing job shadowing and coaching
  • Maintain a respectful, confidential culture and uphold business confidentiality
  • Consult with patients through virtual communication channels
  • Complete all mandatory compliance and quality training
Shift Requirements

Full‑time employees work 12‑hour shifts and alternate weekends. PRN employees are required to work a minimum of four shifts per month. ANCILLARY providers are on call periodically throughout the year.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a provider role such as urgent care, occupational medicine, ER, trauma unit, or family medical practice
  • Current state nursing license and DEA registration (active and verifiable)
  • DOT certification required for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days of employment
Additional Levels
  • Level 1:
    New graduate with up to 1 year of experience
  • Level 2: < 5 years of experience
  • Level 3: < 10 years of experience
  • Level 4: ≥ 10 years of experience
