Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary and geriatric care to medically complex older adults. The NP will work with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to support medical, emotional, psychosocial, and functional needs, and promote independence and quality of life for participants living in their homes and communities.
The ideal candidate has experience with elderly populations in long-term care or home health settings.
