**** Your Role as a CNA:
*** Provide compassionate care to residents, under the guidance of the nurse and alongside your supportive team
* Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene
* Promptly respond to resident requests and provide care according to their unique care plans
* Maintain accurate charts and effective communication with your team to ensure the best care outcomes
* Uphold residents' rights and dignity at all times

* What You’ll Need:

*** A current, active CNA license in Iowa
* A compassionate, kind, and respectful nature with a true servant’s heart
* Experience in nursing care is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
