Location: New Orleans
Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
Salary: $150,000
What You’ll Do- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services
- Oversee patient care delivery, staffing, and clinical outcomes within an inpatient rehab setting
- Lead and develop nursing teams while fostering a strong, collaborative culture
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
- Partner with executive leadership to drive performance, quality, and patient satisfaction
- RN required
- Minimum 1+ year inpatient rehabilitation experience required (2+ years strongly preferred)
- Prior nursing leadership experience (Director level or above preferred)
- Strong operational and clinical leadership skills
- Ability to lead in a specialized, outcomes-driven rehab environment
