Correctional RN – PRN Shifts

Seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses wanting PRN shifts at Corrections to join our dynamic team.

As a Correctional RN, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a Correctional Center/Facility located in the state of Louisiana. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare.

Position: Correctional Nurse – RN
Location: Ferriday, Jonesboro, and Winnfield, Louisiana – Correctional Facility
Schedule: PRN shifts
Starting Pay: $55.00 per hour

• Perform patient assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency care as needed.
• Manage chronic conditions and provide patient education on health and wellness.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and facility staff to deliver quality care.
• Follow infection control protocols and conduct screenings and immunizations.
• Support security measures while delivering safe and professional care.

• R license in Texas or "Compact" Multi-License.
• 1+ years of recent nursing experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• RN license in state of assignment.
• English proficiency.
