RN ​/ LPN

Job Summary

Full‑time RN or LPN position with Family First Home Care. Provide in‑home pediatric nursing care with day, evening, and weekend shifts up to 12 hours.

• Provide comprehensive nursing services pursuant to licensure and scope of practice.
• Maintain updated clinical records, meeting documentation deadlines.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing service and consult with physicians on care‑plan changes.
• Mentor and coach new employees during orientation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care needs.
• Participate in QAPI as requested.
• Complete mandatory training and in‑services.
• Submit required personnel documentation in a timely manner.
• Adhere to compliance, ethics, and patient confidentiality.
• Maintain professional, supportive communication.

• Ability to read and communicate in English verbally and in writing.

Work performed in patients’ homes; must lift up to 50lbs without an assistive device. Frequent use of office equipment such as telephone, computer, and printer.

• RN or LPN nursing degree.
• Unencumbered RN/LPN license in the state of employment or a multi‑state enhanced license.
• Minimum one year of experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Clear background screening.
• Knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts.
• Valid CPR certificate with in‑person skills check.
• Clear HepB and TB screening.
