- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
- Record resident care and observations accurately
- Promote residents' dignity, comfort, and independence
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment - Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care
- Current Louisiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong commitment to providing quality resident care
