Family Nurse Practitioner ​/ Physician Assistant - Float

Role Overview

Responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare in both clinic and telehealth settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. The provider will lead and support clinic staff, perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop diagnoses, prescribe medications, and interpret diagnostic tests. They must adhere to clinical protocols, comply with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain accurate patient documentation.

• Provide patient-centered care across in-person and virtual channels
• Lead and guide clinic team members to ensure excellent service
• Conduct medical history reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostics
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients
• Maintain compliance with clinical guidelines, policies, and regulations
• Participate in team meetings, training, and onboarding of new staff
• Support community outreach and uphold company core values
• Perform on-call duties periodically (for ancillary providers)

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
• 1+ years of relevant healthcare experience preferred
• Active licensure, DEA registration, and DOT certification within specified timelines
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environments
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual patient communication
• Strong communication, teamwork, and compassionate patient care skills
• Adherence to compliance, confidentiality, and company values

The role involves working varied shifts, including every other weekend, with responsibilities for new employee training and ongoing professional development.
