HOME HEALTH/HOSPICE AIDE SCH DLER/RECEPTIONIST

This individual is responsible for coordinating and scheduling the home health aide/hospice aide/homemaker visits under the direction of the Home Health Aide Supervisor. Assists in the administrative duties, maintains appointment logs, ensures accurate documentation, and facilitates patient and family communication.
