• Float Pool Tiers
  - Tier 1:
  Med Surg Only
  - Pay Rate $38 plus shift differentials
• Tier 2:
  Med Surg & Med Tele Only
  - Pay Rate $40 plus shift differentials
• Tier 3:
  Med Surg, Med Tele & Post Acute (Step Down /PCU) - Pay Rate $42 plus shift differentials
• Flexible Hours
• Self-Scheduling

• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience required. Prior experience in multiple specialty areas strongly preferred (e.g., trauma, neuro, cardiac, surgical, or telemetry).
• Licensure/Certification:
  Current Louisiana RN license (or eligibility for licensure). Current BLS ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Specialty certification(s) in areas such as CCRN, TCRN, or Stroke Nursing (NIHSS) encouraged. Previous Float Pool or travel nursing experience. Demonstrated success in working across multiple clinical settings.
