Key Responsibilities of the RN – ICU – Intensive Care Unit
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU
- Monitor and assess patient conditions to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Requirements of the RN – ICU – Intensive Care Unit
- Current RN license in the state of Louisiana
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Experience in an ICU setting preferred
