Location: Raceland
Ochsner Home Health of Raceland, part of LHC Group and a member of the United Health Group family, seeks an LPN to provide in-home patient care with a focus on quality and coordination. You will operate under state nursing scope and plan of care while maintaining infection control practices.
Required qualifications include Louisiana LPN licensure and a valid driver’s license; one year of LPN experience in Louisiana is preferred. CPR certification and home care experience are pluses.
