United Medical Healthwest Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct and indirect care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will consult with the DON, physicians and therapy staff to monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition.
Responsibilities include medication administration per the five rights, patient/nurse communication, and collaboration with the RN to plan and adjust care as needed, under supervision.
