We are looking for a Nurse Practicioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about patient transformation, clinical excellence, and delivering results that last in a full-time/Part-Time/ PRN role serving the Des Moines metro. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams following Medi-Weight loss protocols
- Order, review, and interpret labs and diagnostic tests (including ECGs)
- Deliver program counseling, preventive health education, and supplement guidance
- Prescribe medications in alignment with collaborative agreements
- Document care accurately within EMR standards
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and manage outcomes
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care to ensure patient success
- Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical oversight to medical staff
- Participate in KPI reviews and quality assurance reporting
- Lead or support clinical training for new team members
- Contribute to the development and rollout of new programs, services, and protocols
- Support efficiency and patient satisfaction initiatives across the clinic
