Job Description
Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified LPNs for staffing engagements when openings arise.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Active Kentucky or Indiana LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in any of: long-term care, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, home health, hospital float pool
- IV certification a plus, not required
- Geriatric experience valued
- Open to full-time, part-time, PRN, or direct-hire
- Nurse-led screening. We're nurses too - we know what good LPN work looks like.
- We listen to your goals before we ever match you with a facility.

- WOSB-certified, working with healthcare and government clients across Kentucky and Indiana.
LPN engagements typically pay $22 - $30 per hour, varying by setting, shift, and experience. We'll discuss specifics when we know what kind of role fits you.
