Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive clinical environment. In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare team members to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to supporting the health and well-being of every patient.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans, policies, and established clinical standards.
• Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as authorized and within scope of practice.
• Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, wound care, specimen collection, and other routine clinical procedures.
• Support patients with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Educate patients and families on care instructions, health maintenance, and follow-up needs as directed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status and elevate concerns when needed.

• Current licensure as a practical nurse in the applicable state or jurisdiction.
• Completion of an approved practical nursing program.
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a patient-focused setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of nursing procedures, infection control, and patient safety practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical care.

• Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, long-term care, assisted living, or similar healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems.
• Experience supporting patients with chronic conditions or complex care needs.
