* What You’ll Do:

** As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your day will be filled with meaningful interactions and the chance to make a lasting impact on residents’ lives.

Key responsibilities include:

* ** Direct Care**:
Administer treatments and physician orders and take full responsibility for resident care.
* ** Collaborate and Communicate**:
Work closely with physicians, supervisors, and families to ensure the best care for residents.
* ** Assessment & Supervision**:
Complete resident assessments
* ** Workforce Coordination**:
Partner with the Director of Nursing to manage special care needs, resident transfers, and staffing workload.
* ** Admissions & Family Involvement**:
Plan for resident admissions, involving families in the care process.
* ** Comfort & Support**:
Provide emotional and physical comfort to residents, offering families the support they need.
* ** Leadership**:
Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), supporting their development and ensuring top-quality care.
** What You Need to Succeed:
*** Graduate of a state-approved nursing program
* Current Iowa LPN license
* CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
* Excellent attendance and reliability
