Are you an experienced LPN looking for your next rewarding travel assignment? We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care facility in Dubuque, Iowa
. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care, manage chronic health conditions, and support residents in maintaining their safety, dignity, and overall quality of life; if you excel in a fast-paced environment and value clear, direct communication with healthcare teams and resident families, we’d love to have you on our team.

Weekly Pay: $1,378 / week
Shift: Day Shift
Job Type: Full-time, Travel Contract

• Resident Care & Monitoring:
  Administer medications, monitor vital signs, perform wound care, and execute routine nursing procedures following individualized care plans
• Assessment & Reporting:
  Continually assess changes in resident health conditions and promptly communicate updates to RNs, physicians, and resident families
• Collaboration & Support:
  Work alongside CNAs, therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and rehabilitation goals
• EHR Documentation:
  Maintain accurate, timely resident records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in compliance with facility and safety standards

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program
• Licensure:
  Current, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Iowa (or active Compact/NLC state license)
• Certifications:
  
  Active Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1+ years of long-term care or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience
• Skills:
  
  Strong verbal and written communication skills with healthcare teams and families; proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) documentation

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Hands-on experience with specialized wound care or palliative care principles
