• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with activities of daily living
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote patient-centered care

• Current LPN license in the State of Louisiana
• 0 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
