RN​/LPN In-Clinic RPM Care & Monitoring

RKM Primary Care in Clinton, Louisiana, is seeking an LPN or RN to join the in-clinic Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program. This in-person position works within an ambulatory primary care team, deploying RPM equipment, conducting intake, and training patients under the Provider’s supervision.

Qualified applicants hold an active Louisiana LPN or RN license and BLS. Ambulatory care experience is preferred.
