Elara Caring is hiring a Registered Nurse Home Health to provide in-home nursing care across patient lives and health journeys. You will assess needs, deliver treatments, and develop plans with the care team to maintain high-quality outcomes.
You will travel to patient homes up to 50% of the time, coordinate with Clinical Managers, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation while delivering compassionate care in community settings.
