Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite, ensuring patient safety under a physician’s plan of care. Works under structured supervision of the designated supervisor.
This licensed RN will perform treatments, educate patients and families, document care in real time, and collaborate with the Clinical team to optimize billing and ensure continuity of care. Travel up to 10% may be required.
