Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. (ESS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Safety Associate
. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing health and safety practices in accordance with OSHA regulations and client standards.

We are looking for a self-directed, detail-oriented safety professional with excellent communication and computer skills who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven construction environment.

• Manage and deliver new hire onboarding and safety orientation programs, along with ongoing, job‑specific safety training as required.
• Coordinate and lead routine safety meetings, ensuring inclusion of relevant site or facility topics, well‑structured agendas, documented minutes with action items, and accurate attendance tracking.
• Perform daily site safety and health assessments, including general walkthroughs and targeted inspections; document findings, track corrective actions through completion, and maintain organized records within company or client database systems.
• Conduct thorough investigations of safety incidents, health concerns, and property or process losses; identify root causes and complete all required reporting in a timely and accurate manner.

• OSHA 30.
• OSHA 510.
• Supervisory (safety) experience preferred.
• 5-10 years experience in heavy industrial settings, with recent or past datacenter preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, not required.
• BCSP level certification preferred, not required.
