Position: Project HSE Coordinator (Data Centers)
Location: Saint Francisville

Project HSE Coordinator

Support the Advanced Manufacturing (AM) project portfolio by providing HSE support and leadership to an EPCM project at a client facility in Saint Francisville, LA. Act as a business partner with the HSE Director, HSE Manager, Project Manager, and Construction Manager to achieve HSE excellence and ensure no worker injuries or negative impacts on the client’s business continuity.

Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain open communication with the HSE Director and HSE Manager to provide technical guidance and ensure alignment with HSE process tools.
  • Lead or support incident notification, investigation, and reporting processes, including injury management and return‑to‑work procedures.
  • Review subcontractor hazard assessments and deliverables.
  • Participate in operational readiness reviews or other relevant forums to support project success.
  • Provide visible support and leadership to clients and stakeholders through interpretation, training, technical review, regulatory guidance, and governance oversight of the Jacobs HSE program.
  • Travel to the project site and, if required, additional locations within the US and North America.
Qualifications
  • HSE certification and/or associate degree in safety, industrial hygiene, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 6–7 years of demonstrated professional experience in managing Construction Health and Safety.
  • Minimum of 4 years of construction experience managing subcontractors in Health and Safety.
  • Experience managing and conducting safety training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and personnel management skills.
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulatory compliance and all federal, state, and local agency requirements.

The base salary range for this position is $85,100.00 to $. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
