Healthcare compliance is about more than checking boxes. It’s about protecting patients, supporting our teams, identifying risk, and making sure we’re doing things the right way—even when the right way takes a little investigating.

In this role, you’ll dig into regulations, investigate privacy concerns, audit processes, identify potential risks, and help turn complicated compliance requirements into practical solutions.

If you’re naturally curious, detail-oriented, and the person who always wants to know “Okay, but why did this happen?” —you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

• Research healthcare compliance, privacy regulations, laws, and industry best practices
• Help identify policy gaps and develop or update compliance policies and procedures
• Investigate HIPAA privacy, data security, and other compliance concerns
• Document findings and help develop corrective action plans when issues are identified
• Audit clinical documentation and revenue cycle processes for regulatory compliance
• Monitor corrective actions to make sure identified issues actually get resolved
• Help develop and maintain compliance auditing and monitoring programs
• Partner with leaders across the organization to identify and prioritize potential compliance risks
• Support the annual compliance planning and risk assessment process
• Develop compliance education and training materials—and help bring them to life for our teams
• Track training participation, feedback, and opportunities for future education

• You have a healthy appreciation for rules—and an even stronger curiosity about the why behind them
• You notice details other people might overlook
• Researching a complicated regulation doesn’t intimidate you
• You can investigate an issue objectively and follow the facts wherever they lead
• You’re comfortable asking questions and having thoughtful conversations about sensitive topics
• You can turn a regulation into practical guidance people can actually understand
• You believe identifying a problem is only step one—you want to help fix it, too

• Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Confidence collaborating with leaders and teams across the organization
• Ability to organize findings, identify risks, and recommend next steps
• An interest in healthcare regulations, privacy, auditing, and continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, compliance, or a related field

Preferred: Experience in healthcare compliance or health law
