Quality Control / Manager, Quality Technician/ Inspector

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Quality Control Inspector.
- Perform testing, materials/product inspections, and quality control activities.
- Read, review, and understand material submittals and technical drawings to ensure proper materials are utilized and proper techniques are undertaken.
- Analyze and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and other documentation to determine specifications, inspection criteria, and testing procedures.
- Document and track daily production progress in detailed reports as required by the Supervising Manager.
- Interact regularly with client representatives and subcontractors to ensure construction details comply with design specifications.
- Perform additional duties as required by the Supervising Manager.
- Working knowledge and hands‑on experience with measuring equipment, including calipers, CMM, and other metrology instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and material submittals.
- Ability to understand and adhere to quality control procedures and requirements.
- Ability to distinguish between different types of raw materials and production processes.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Detail‑oriented, conscientious, and results‑driven approach to work.
- Associate Degree and/or minimum of two (2) years of experience in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field preferred.
- Quality control certification (ISO 9000, etc.) or experience working in an ISO 9000 environment preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout job sites for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to operate measuring and testing equipment.
- Visual acuity to read technical documents and inspect materials for defects.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
Additional compensation package may include 401(k) plan (subject to plan terms), medical insurance coverage upon eligibility, one to two weeks of vacation upon eligibility, overtime as required, annual bonus based on yearly performance review, and company-paid holidays after 90 days of employment.
