What You'll Do
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll be a key part of our quality team, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Conduct on-site tests, such as pH, temperature, and texture, to verify quality during various production stages.
* Maintain accurate, detailed records of quality checks, test results, and any deviations from standards
* Maintain clear, effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.
* Ensure that the workspace is always clean and meets GMP, HACCP, and SSOP standards.
* Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to smooth, efficient production.

What You Bring
* Experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
* Basic math and reading skills.
* Physical capability to stand for 10 hours, lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in fast-paced conditions.
* Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends.
* Must pass a drug screen.
