Shift: 08:00 PM - 06:30 AM - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Night Shift role: 4 days/week. Overtime eligible role

Job Description:
The Quality Control Technician I must be able to perform the following laboratory operation tasks:
Active participation in EHS initiatives and compliance, including adherence to established safety, health and environmental policies and procedures
Establish proficiency in data management systems such as SAP and Documentum to perform tasks such as COA generation, quality release, procedure review, and analysis reporting
Analysis and reporting of raw materials, in process, and finished goods samples in conjunction with monitoring plant operations through analytical results
Follow established SOPs & STIs
Ensure documentation of lab activities, including batch sheets, logbooks, databases, worksheets, etc.
Understand method precision and testing error
Perform analytical calculations
Support Quality Systems such as ISO and RCMS
Maintain sample retain program
Monitor and review instrument controls by use of routine instrument checks through calibration, verifications, and/or validation
Provide instrumentation maintenance support by identification of maintenance needs and provide troubleshooting information prior to maintenance.
Effectively conduct shift relief (if applicable).
Perform other job duties as assigned.
