CMT Technician / Inspector
We are seeking a Junior level technician in the Baton Rouge area to join our dynamic team. This role involves learning to monitor piles, log piles, monitor vibrations, classify soils, and collect materials for testing. You will have the opportunity to follow experienced technicians and engineers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company and the CMT industry.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and log piles effectively.
- Monitor vibrations and classify soils accurately.
- Collect materials for testing purposes.
- Work closely with technicians and engineers to understand industry practices.
Essential Skills
- Concrete monitoring and documentation processes.
- Basic inspection skills.
- Experience in the construction field for at least 6 months.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Dependability and a positive attitude are crucial.
- Possession of a truck is advantageous.
- A clean DMV record is required.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Geismar, LA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
