Experience Requirements

• No previous experience required
• Training will be provided
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in an outdoor environment

Job Duties

• Harvest peppers by hand while protecting plants from damage
• Place harvested peppers into buckets, baskets, or designated containers
• Sort and remove damaged peppers as directed by supervisors
• Carry filled containers to assigned collection areas
• Follow daily instructions provided by field supervisors
• Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the shift
• Support general harvesting operations as needed

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work outdoors in hot, humid, or changing weather conditions
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly
• Ability to work at a steady pace during physically active shifts
