Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking aJunior QC Inspector to join our team. This position is responsible for performing quality inspections on the production floor by measuring materials, verifying dimensions, and ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties:
  • Perform dimensional inspections of materials and finished products using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Verify products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections on the production floor.
  • Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
  • Identify and report non-conforming materials or products.
  • Work closely with production personnel to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company quality procedures and safety policies.
  • Assist with additional quality control duties as assigned.
Requirements/

Skills:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous manufacturing or quality control experience but not required.
  • Ability to read tape measures and use basic precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed.
  • Manual dexterity to operate measuring equipment and inspection tools.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
