10 working hours excluding a 1-hour lunch break.
- Saturday and holiday work may be required based on operational demand.
- Working hours may be adjusted based on customer requirements, delivery schedules, and trucking operations.
- The QC Supervisor may be required to travel between GCP and HPLS to oversee QC operations and resolve operational quality issues.

Position SummaryThe Transportation Quality & Load Securement Supervisor (QC Supervisor) is responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, and quality management of concrete pile transportation operations under the HPLS Project.
The QC Supervisor oversees QC activities at both the GCP loading site and HPLS delivery site, ensuring that all concrete piles are properly inspected, loaded, secured, transported, unloaded, and documented in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable safety and quality standards.
This position provides direct supervision and guidance to QC Inspectors and serves as a key liaison among Operations, Dispatch, Drivers, GCP personnel, HPLS personnel, Customer QC representatives, Safety Management, and other stakeholders.
The QC Supervisor is responsible for maintaining consistent inspection standards, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, preventing transportation-related damage, identifying and escalating non-conformances, and supporting the resolution of quality disputes.
The position plays a critical role in maintaining shipment traceability, protecting product integrity, reducing transportation damage claims, and ensuring compliance with HAI, GUS, HPLS, and GET Freight quality and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily QC operations at both GCP and HPLS.
- Establish and maintain consistent inspection procedures across all QC personnel.
- Assign QC personnel based on daily shipment volume and operational requirements.
- Monitor QC staffing levels and recommend additional resources when operational volume increases.
- Ensure QC Inspectors perform all required inspections and documentation accurately and consistently.
- Conduct daily coordination with Operations and Dispatch regarding shipment volume, scheduling, and QC requirements.
- Ensure continuous QC coverage during loading, transportation arrival, unloading, and delivery activities.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Supervise inspection of concrete piles before loading.
- Ensure QC Inspectors identify cracks, chips, surface defects, dimensional issues, and other visible non-conformances.
