The Louisiana Universities Marine Consortium (LUMCON) seeks a Research Technician to support field and laboratory research in the Coastal Biogeochemistry Lab examining mangrove encroachment and ecosystem change in Louisiana's coastal wetlands.
Based at the DeFelice Marine Center in Cocodrie, the technician will coordinate field sampling, process environmental samples, maintain scientific instrumentation, oversee undergraduate assistants, and participate in outreach initiatives.
